Author Guidelines

Submission
- Full paper submission deadline: February 5, 2027 (see Important Dates).
- Papers must be written in English and submitted as a PDF to icsrconf@163.com, with the subject line "Paper Submission + TEL".
- Length: full papers should be 6–10 pages, including figures, tables and references. Papers shorter than 4 pages are not normally considered.
- Format: submissions should be prepared in a standard two-column academic format. The official paper template will be released together with the publication announcement.
- Please provide reliable contact information in the submission email, including affiliation, address, telephone and email.
- Papers must be original and unpublished, and must not be under review elsewhere. All submissions are checked for plagiarism; manuscripts that fail the check will be rejected.
Peer Review
All submissions undergo double-blind peer review. Each paper is assigned to at least two reviewers with relevant expertise, and a paper is accepted only when it receives at least two positive recommendations. Final decisions are made by the Program Committee Chairs.

Registration
At least one author of each accepted paper must register and present the work; otherwise the paper will not be included in the proceedings.
