The 2nd International Conference on Superintelligence and Robotics

Scope

This Code of Conduct applies to all conference participants, including attendees, authors, keynote and invited speakers, committee members, reviewers, volunteers, sponsors and exhibitors. It covers the main conference programme, workshops and tutorials, poster and demo sessions, social and ancillary events, conference-run communication channels (including email and social media), and any online or hybrid component of the conference.

Expected Behaviour

• Treat fellow participants with courtesy, consideration and respect.
• Communicate constructively and give and receive criticism professionally.
• Be mindful of your surroundings and of your fellow participants; alert the organizers if you notice a dangerous situation or someone in distress.
• Respect the rules and policies of the conference venue and of any online platform used by the conference.
• Refrain from demeaning, discriminatory or harassing behaviour and speech.

Unacceptable Behaviour

The following behaviour is unacceptable at ICSR 2027 and in any conference-related activity, and constitutes grounds for action:

• Harassment, intimidation, stalking, or persistent and unwelcome attention or contact.
• Offensive verbal or written comments related to age, gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, ethnicity, nationality, religion, or professional status.
• Unwelcome sexual attention, sexual imagery in public spaces, or inappropriate physical contact.
• Deliberate disruption of talks, sessions, poster presentations or other events.
• Discriminatory, abusive or threatening conduct, or retaliation against anyone who reports a concern.
• Violation of copyright, confidentiality or privacy, including unauthorized recording or photography of participants.

Reporting

If you experience or witness unacceptable behaviour, please report it to the conference organizers as soon as possible:

Reports will be handled discreetly and confidentially by the Organizing Committee. You are welcome to bring the matter to any member of the Organizing Committee in person. If you believe that a criminal offence has been committed, you are encouraged to contact the appropriate local authorities.

Enforcement

Participants who are asked to stop unacceptable behaviour are expected to comply immediately. The Organizing Committee may take any action it deems appropriate, including issuing a warning, excluding a participant from the conference without refund, withdrawing a paper from the proceedings, and reporting the matter to the participant's home institution or employer. Decisions are made in the interest of a safe and productive conference for all participants.
