Who Needs to Register

• At least one author of every accepted paper must register and pay the registration fee. Papers without a registered author will not be included in the proceedings.
• Co-authors and other attendees who wish to participate in the conference must also register.
• A registered author is expected to present the paper in person or, where the programme allows, online. Papers that are not presented may be withdrawn from the proceedings.

What the Registration Includes

• Access to all conference sessions, keynote and invited talks.
• Conference materials and a certificate of participation or presentation.
• Admission to the conference reception and listed social events.
• Coffee breaks and lunches during the conference days.

Registration Fees

Registration fees for ICSR 2027 will be announced together with the acceptance notifications. The registration deadline is April 10, 2027.

Notes:
— One registration covers one paper; additional papers by the same registered author require an additional fee.
— Student authors are offered a preferential rate. Student status must be verified by uploading a scanned copy of a valid student ID card.
— Members of professional societies cooperating with the conference are entitled to the same registration rates as members of the organizations hosting the conference.
— Registration instructions will be sent together with the acceptance notification.

How to Register

1. Receive your acceptance notification and the registration instructions by email.
2. Complete the registration form and pay the applicable fee by the registration deadline.
3. Send your completed registration and payment confirmation to icsrconf@163.com.
